Standard product items that have been incorrectly shipped, meaning that the item shipped was not the item indicated on the invoice, may be returned for a full refund or exchange in new/unused condition only within 60 days of the customer’s receipt of said item. In this case, Pressure Products will provide a return label(s) by e-mail for a courier delivery and bear associated expenses.
If you had registered with our online store, you can log into our online store and request an RMA from the store interface. If you had not registered, please send an email describing the incorrect shipment to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘incorrect shipment.’ In the body of the email please include your order number and briefly describe how the received item was different from the invoiced item. (For example – “I ordered 4 inch diameter tempered borosilicate glass, which is listed on the invoice, but received 4 inch diameter annealed glass.”)
Standard products may be returned for a minimum of 15% restocking fee within 60 days of the customer’s receipt of said items. Items must be in new (i.e., unused) condition. If the product was an assembly of multiple parts, the price of any missing, damaged, or degraded parts will be deducted from the refund. For the customer’s convenience, we can send a shipping label by email. In such a case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
A glass lens may only be returned if it has not yet been installed. Returns must be in original packaging, with original labels. If the returned glass lens shows any signs of having been installed, no refund will be issued for the item, even in cases of mistaken shipment by Pressure Products. If Pressure Products has borne costs for return shipping for glass lens that is determined to have been installed prior to return, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs as well.
Specialty or custom products that meet the requirements stated in the purchase order cannot be returned.
