Returns and Refunds


All returns require Pressure Products’ return authorization number, and no credit will be issued for any items returned without the authorization number. Items returned without authorization will not be returned to the customer.

Standard product items that have been incorrectly shipped, meaning that the item shipped was not the item indicated on the invoice, may be returned for a full refund or exchange in new/unused condition only within 120 days of the customer’s receipt of said item. In this case, Pressure Products will provide a return label(s) by e-mail for a courier delivery and bear associated expenses. 

Standard products may be returned for a minimum of 15% restocking fee within 60 days of the customer’s receipt of said items. Items must be in new (ie, unused) condition. If the product was an assembly of multiple parts, the price of any missing, damaged, or degraded parts will be deducted from the refund. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

A glass lens may only be returned if it has not yet been installed. Returns must be in original packaging, with original labels. If the returned glass lens shows any signs of having been installed, no refund will be issued for the item, even in cases of mistaken shipment by Pressure Products. If Pressure Products has borne costs for return shipping for glass lens that is determined to have been installed prior to return, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs as well.

Specialty or custom products that meet the requirements stated in the purchase order cannot be returned.
